Urge State Leadership to Expand the Roe Act

Call or email Senator Patrick O’Connor (for Plymouth and Norfolk County residents) and Governor Charlie Baker. Urge them, respectfully, to pass and sign An Act Expanding Protections for Reproductive Rights (which passed in the House on June 29th as H4930). The bill would declare that access to reproductive health care is a "right secured by the constitution or laws" of Massachusetts and it would shield providers of reproductive healthcare from civil suits or extradition to states with hostile laws.

Abortion funds work to remove financial and logistical barriers to abortion access. Some of them work with clinics to help pay for abortions. Some of them offer support such as transportation, childcare, translation, doula services, and somewhere to stay in the case where a patient must travel to get an abortion.
Show Solidarity by Wearing Green
Bandanas, t-shirts, whatever you want. Green has become the international color of abortion rights and a very visible way to signal your support for reproductive choice and bodily autonomy.
